Core Duties:

Greeting and assisting clients upon arrival
Scheduling vehicles for the workshop and liaising with the team
Ensuring vehicles are ready for customers to collect on time
Conducting follow-ups with customers after service and sending maintenance reminders

Experience as a Service Consultant
Demonstrated reliability
Excellent communication abilities
Professional, self-motivated, and dependable demeanor
