Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming and assisting customers upon arrival,
Booking vehicles into the workshop and coordinating with the team
Ensuring vehicles are ready for collection on time for the customer.
Following up with customers post-service and reminding them of regular maintenance.

Requirements:

Experience in a Service Advisor role
Proven dependability
Strong communication skills
Professional, self-driven, and reliable attitude
