Four Seasons Fencing ltd is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, hands on and committed Contracts Assistant to aid the Contracts Manager on the day to day running of the Commercial Security Fencing Installation Department.

Self-motivated individual with the ability to think on their feet and adjust plans at a moments notice.
Committed to the companys success and fulfilment of their requirements.
Have excellent communication skills with both clients, employees and sub-contractors.
Ability to understand and interpret client requirements and technical drawings.
Ability to produce and adapt RAMs for individual projects.
Ability to drive, manually load and unload a 3.5T van.
The job role will be primarily office based with the inclusion to carry out site visits and surveys, deliveries and aid the company in delivering the best possible service to our clients.
Ideally the candidate will have had some experience of either the fencing or construction industry and is an individual who is looking towards career progression. A good memory and keen eye for detail are essential.
Training will be provided to the right individual to provide the essential knowledge of health and safety in the work place, preparation of method statements and on site safety. Any previously obtained IOSH or CSCS qualifications will aid an applicants application although not essential.
The expected minimum requirements will be
Education to a higher level.
Excellent Mathematics and English Skills (GCSE or Equivalent C and Above)
Excellent Vocabulary Skills and confidence when talking to clients and suppliers
Good Knowledge of Word, Excel and general Windows programmes.
CSCS Card or IOSH training would be preferrable.
Clean Full English Driving License
The position would best suit a graduate or similar living within the Ashford area who is looking to mould themselves a position within a company. The expected working hours will be 07.00 17.30 Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work which will be subject to overtime rates where applicable. In return the position will be rewarded with a negotiable package based on experience and skill set with the ability to work their way into a senior role within a friendly working environment. (CIRCA 30K including 21 days paid Holiday and bank Holidays).
