What's the job?
You'll be managing 2,800 acres of top fruit and cherry orchards across Kent. This includes overseeing 25,000 bins of top fruit and 1,200 tonnes of cherries annually.

With one sites under your control, you'll ensure smooth operations from planting to harvesting. You'll lead teams of up to 180 seasonal staff, alongside a core team.

What do I need?
Experience with top fruit and cherries will give you an edge. However, a strong background in soft or top fruit farming is essential.
