Are you an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service? Our client is seeking a Part Time Life Lead Co-ordinator on a 3 month FTC, to join their team and help drive the growth of our financial services products.

In this role based in East Kent, you will be working 21 hours a week and play a key part in generating and developing leads for the financial services, working closely with our Financial Advisor (FA) and Senior Partner to meet business targets. You'll have the opportunity to proactively engage with existing and prospective customers, contribute to sales campaigns, and support the development of the team to increase cross-selling of financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact potential and existing customers to generate leads for financial services.
  • Work closely with the FA and Senior Partner to align lead generation with agreed targets.
  • Train and support the team, encouraging effective cross-selling of financial services products.
  • Coordinate and deliver financial services sales campaigns with the FA and telesales team.
  • Manage appointments for the FA and regularly review sales progress, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Build strong working relationships with both Agency teams and NFU Mutual key contacts.
  • Monitor and report on life lead activities, ensuring targets are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies while consistently delivering exceptional customer service.

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service.
  • Experience in a targeted and driven sales/sales generating role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and IT skills (Microsoft Office, and ideally Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Ability to manage your workload and work effectively under pressure.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and high levels of integrity.
  • Own transport and full UK driving licence.

Desirable:

  • Experience in the financial services industry.

Benefits:

  • Salary: 12.08 per hour
  • Hours: 21 hours per week - Monday to Friday
  • Full training provided, with the potential to complete further qualifications. (Which may include additional travel and staying away from home in order to attend training courses). There may be occasional weekend work/public holidays to support agency events.
