The Role:As a Client Manager, you’ll be a key point of contact for a varied portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service and strategic advice. You’ll manage and mentor a team, oversee accounts production, and identify opportunities to add value to your clients’ businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring deadlines and expectations are consistently met
- Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts, management accounts, and VAT returns
- Providing proactive business and tax advice to clients
- Building and nurturing strong client relationships
- Overseeing and supporting junior team members, encouraging professional development
- Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the firm’s growth
About You:
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a similar client-facing role within practice
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy
- A team player with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
