Description
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounting and finance department.
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
- Support month-end and year-end close process.
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Lead and develop the finance function to support the company's growth.
Profile
The successful candidate:
- Part Qualified, Qualified and Qualified by experience will all be considered.
- Proven experience in a similar finance role.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Dynamic approach- no two days will be the same and this role requires a hands on approach.
- Proficiency in management accounting
