• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of motivating and directing teams.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced qualifications such as an MBA or relevant certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) preferred.
