Our Client:

Our client is a growing family run business on the outskirts of Ashford that distribute their products to a variety of customers across the UK.

Role Summary:

We are looking for a friendly individual to join their growing team. This role will be be extremely varied and will require you to support in the warehouse picking, packing, unloading and loading, and be out on the road delivering to customers.

Key responsibilities within your new role would be to:

  • Use of the forklift to move products across the site.
  • Unloading and loading deliveries.
  • Packing orders.
  • Labelling products.
  • Quality checking of labelled products.
  • Palletising goods.
  • Wrapping and strapping pallets for distribution.
  • Delivering customer orders.

Experience and skills required for this position:

  • Previous experience within a warehouse environment.
  • Previous experience of delivery driving (this will include London).
  • You MUST hold a valid forklift licence.
  • You MUST be a driver due to location and driving duties.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Someone that can work well in a small team and work on their own initiative.
  • Someone willing to go the extra mile to help with the business.
