Key Responsibilities:
• Managing import and export documentation, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
• Coordinating shipments with freight forwarders and logistics providers.
• Processing customs declarations and liaising with HMRC where necessary.
• Tracking shipments and resolving any logistical issues that arise.
• Maintaining accurate records of all import/export transactions.
• Communicating with internal departments and external partners to ensure efficient operations.
Skills & Experience Required:
• Previous experience in an import/export or logistics role.
• Knowledge of customs procedures and documentation.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• A team player with strong communication skills.
