Head of HR & Training Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment law
- Provide expert advice on employee relations
- Oversee recruitment and talent management
- Lead learning and development initiatives
Qualifications and Experience
- CIPD Level 5 or Above
- Experience in a senior Human Resources role, ideally within the Charity or not-for-profit sectors
- Managing recruitment, employee relations and performance management processes
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR Strategies.
- Supporting Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
- Experience with Microsoft products and ability to use them effectively
