Role OverviewMy client is a leading signage supplier to blue chip clients nationwide and are looking to expand their client service team by adding a Project Coordinator with the potential to train to become a Project Manager to help in their busy Projects Office. The role will be very varied with no two days being the same.The Role:* Receiving, logging and forwarding all incoming calls* Using the firm's integrated Job Management System for the effective processing, delivery and storage of information* First Contact administration* Undertake photocopying as required* Undertaking other clerical and administrative duties as may reasonably be required from time to time* Ensuring the confidentiality and security of the firm's and clients' documentation and information and compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations at all times* Working closely with the Projects Team, Installation Teams and Production* Compiling RAMS - Risk Assessment and Method Statement* Organising work permits* Coordinate and manage projects ensuring the successful completion within defined timelines* Booking and coordinating subcontract crews* Collaborate with various stake holders including clients, contactors and internal teams to establish project scope, timeframes and budgets* Monitor project progress, identify any potential risks and find solutions to resolve them
