  • Supporting clients with housing association matters, including shared ownership options.
  • Providing guidance on co-ownership and assisting clients in establishing a home with their partner.
  • Managing transactions involving the sale and purchase of both freehold and leasehold properties.
  • Assisting clients in navigating the Right to Buy scheme for council-owned homes.
  • Preparing and offering advice on tenancy agreements, leases, and property investments such as buy-to-let.
  • Connecting clients with financial advisers to help them secure the necessary funding for their property transactions.

  • Solicitor, CILEx, or CLC qualification with 0-5 years PQE.
