- Oversee and manage a portfolio of approximately 60 ongoing sales files.
- Coordinate between solicitors, buyers, sellers, and estate agents to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Resolve any issues that arise during the sales progression to ensure timely completions.
- Conduct regular updates with clients, solicitors, and all parties involved in the transaction process.
- Ensure that all files meet compliance and legal requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain positive client relationships.
- Experience as a Sales Progressor or in a related role within an estate agency.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle a high caseload efficiently.
- Understanding of the conveyancing process and property sales pipeline.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic salary of £25,000 with on-target earnings of up to £30,000.
