This role is essential in ensuring a seamless property sales process, from initial offer acceptance through to final completion. With flexibility for home working around school hours, this position offers a unique opportunity to maintain work-life balance while covering phones and client interactions from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage a portfolio of approximately 60 ongoing sales files.
  • Coordinate between solicitors, buyers, sellers, and estate agents to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Resolve any issues that arise during the sales progression to ensure timely completions.
  • Conduct regular updates with clients, solicitors, and all parties involved in the transaction process.
  • Ensure that all files meet compliance and legal requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to maintain positive client relationships.
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Experience as a Sales Progressor or in a related role within an estate agency.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high caseload efficiently.
  • Understanding of the conveyancing process and property sales pipeline.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
