We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join a dynamic and award-winning practice in Kent. You will have the opportunity to lead and deliver innovative projects across various sectors, including Hospitality, Residential, Education, and Commercial.

The successful candidate will bring a wealth of post-qualification experience, a passion for design excellence, and proven leadership abilities. You will be responsible for overseeing project teams and driving projects from concept through to completion, ensuring both creative and technical standards are met.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:

• ARB accredited
• Extensive post-qualification experience
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and planning processes
• Experience managing projects across all design stages
• Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor a team
• Strong design and technical expertise, with attention to detail
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure
• A positive, proactive, and collaborative approach to work
