Supervisor

Our client are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join their team based in Chatham in Kent, overseeing a team of Multi-Trade Operatives overseeing a number of projects at a time managing people who are carrying out works fitting kitchens and bathrooms.

As Site Supervisor, your role will be to work closely with other teams and external contractors when necessary to ensure that works are delivered to high standards, productively and with customers satisfaction as a priority.  This will involve monitoring team performance, providing support and guidance as needed, resolving any trade-related issues, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations, and performing regular site inspections and audits to ensure that high standards are upheld.

What the Client is Looking for:

• Ideally holding a Valid SSSTS
• Strong knowledge of Carrying out Planned Maintenance Works (Ideally previous Experience on Kitchens & Bathrooms).

   

• A valid CSCS card and ability to work at heights.

   

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

   

• Keen attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

   

• Ability to motivate and mentor a team.

   

• Reliable, trustworthy, and dedicated to safety and excellence.
