Machine Operator - South Kent
Rotational Shift Pattern 7am-3pm/3pm-11pm (40 hour working week)
£13 per hour + generous & regular overtime (1.5x or 2x hourly rate)
Temp to Perm (£27,040 perm salary + OT significantly increase your earning potential!)
We are looking for reliable Machine Operators to join our client on a full time, temp to perm basis!
Our client is an established and successful organisation within the food production sector who are hiring due to increased business and growth!
Duties include:
-
Working in a busy food production factory
-
Preparing machines, setting them to production recipes
-
Preparing raw materials for production
-
Stacking all finished products, and any other manual handling required.

Ensuring machines are clean and well maintained at all times
-
Any other duties required.
To be considered for this Machine Operator role you will have:
-
Previous experience operating machinery in a factory-based environment
-
Ideally worked within Food Production
-
The ability to speak, write and understand English to a good level
-
A good understanding of Health & Safety
-
The ability to start immediately on an ongoing basis
-
The ability to commit to rotating shifts 7am-3pm / 3pm-11pm Monday to Friday
This role offers the following:
