Salary: £130 - £140 per day (depending on experience)

GSL Education are looking for Supply Teacher in primary schools across Ashford, offering an excellent opportunity to bring your skills and experience to a variety of classroom settings.
About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher (Primary), you’ll play a vital role in ensuring continuity in education during teacher absences. You’ll adapt to different classroom environments, delivering high-quality lessons that inspire and engage students in their learning journey.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver curriculum-based lessons across Year 5 to Year 11.
- Quickly adapt to different school settings and build positive relationships with students and staff.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, maintaining a productive learning environment.
- Assess and provide feedback on students’ work when required.
- Follow school policies and procedures to support a cohesive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualifications.
- Experience teaching in primary education.
- A flexible and adaptable teaching approach.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A proactive and professional attitude.
