Vision for Education are working closely with a village Primary School in Ashford who currently have a vacancy for a Teaching Assistant to join their team. You will assist in the delivery of engaging and innovative teaching within the classroom, on a one-one basis and in small groups. Working with the Teacher you will assist with the development of appropriate resources, scheme of work and teaching strategies to ensure provisions support individual learning needs.  This is a fulltime role and is due to start in January.

Requirements for Teaching Assistant:

• GCSE Maths and English
• Experience working in a Primary setting
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate and dedicated in helping children reach their academic potential
• Consistent in a calm and fair approach
