This is a 6 months HR Advisor role specialising in employee relations, ER, the purpose of this HR Officer role is to provide high quality HR advice and support to managers and staff, enable managers to build an inclusive, attractive, effective and safe culture and engage their staff, and effectively manage absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance cases.
