About The Role:

Due to a recent period of workforce expansion we are looking to grow our People Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse employee base and help to deliver the Council's ambitious Borough Plan.

We support over 600 employees across several sites in the Ashford Borough and are looking for dynamic professionals to join our experienced and supportive team.

An opportunity to work alongside our two other HR Officers in the employee relations team, supporting managers and staff across a range of specific service areas. This role will deliver a strong advisory service in the areas of attendance management, health and welfare support, dispute resolution, performance improvement and job evaluation.

About you:

Candidates will need to be confident, resilient and great team players. Working on their own initiative they will need to have experience in handling complex employee relations cases in large organisations and be CIPD qualified at level 5 (or have equivalent experience).
