Project Coordinator - Remote (UK) - Up to £65,000 DOE
Starting salary: £40,000 or up to £65,000 depending on experience

DCS Tech is partnering with a global leader in international shipping services, to find an experienced Project Coordinator with a desire to lead exciting new projects within their established team. They are looking for individuals that have experience in project management, and are proven team leaders and able to thrive in a dynamic environment that requires strong communication and organisational skills.
Role Overview:
As the Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution in advanced projects, capable of overseeing multiple work streams and working efficiently in order to meet deadlines. Possessing excellent communication skills is essential to help keep shareholders informed and demonstrate organisational skills to meet project deliverables on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate project management characteristics across multiple work-streams, ensuring all aspects remain on the right course.
- Provide clarity to ensure effective communication with shareholders, allowing for alignment throughout the project life-cycle
- Create and continuously update reports to monitor the project's process and deliverables.
- Capable of escalating issues when necessary, prioritising maintaining the control of project time-lines and meeting deadlines.
- Ensure key documentation is up to date and provides confidentiality.
What we're looking for
- Strong skills in report management, tracking progress and meeting deadlines.
- Evident experience in project management, specifically in environments which involve the movement of goods or logistics.
- Ability to multitask, managing multiple priorities and work streams at once, focusing on the most important deliverables.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Competence with technology and able to utilise tools to assist with project management.
