A fantastic opportunity has opened for a Graduate Town Planner to join a well established planning team in the Kent but will consider Graduates in Brighton or Surrey region.My client specialises in projects from Commercial, residential, aquestrian, community, leisure and more!

Your day to day duties will consist of the following:-

  • Prepare, submit, and manage planning applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Discharge, vary and/or removal of planning conditions.
  • Liaise with local planning authorities and consultants to address queries and facilitate the application process.
  • Monitor the progress of applications, providing regular updates and proactively addressing any potential delays or issues.
  • Conduct preliminary research and assessments to determine the feasibility and risks associated to proposed projects, including reviewing local development plans and policies.

To be considered for this role you will be required to have a Georgaphy degree or a Town Planning related degree. Ideally you will be located in the South East region and have a strong link to Kent.
