We are looking for a Conveyancing Solicitor to join our clients team in Ashford. This role is focused on providing exceptional service to clients and supporting our Conveyancing Department. Here’s what you will be doing:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with clients and third parties via telephone, email, and letters in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Conducting client meetings to offer expert guidance on their cases.
  • Overseeing conveyancing files, working closely with other Conveyancers and Secretaries to ensure efficient matter progression.
  • Participating in business development by building relationships with third parties and attending networking events.
  • Assisting in training and supporting junior team members.
  • Managing and prioritising your own caseload effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Reviewing instructions, title registers, and documents from clients and third parties, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and complete.
  • Preparing and amending relevant legal documents.
  • Complying with AML regulations, completing ID checks, and submitting documents to the Land Registry.
  • Handling requisitions as they arise.
