My client is a regional, well established law firm on the lookout for an Employment Solicitor to join their office in West London.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in advising clients on a broad range of employment law issues, including contracts, dismissals, redundancy, and discrimination.
  • Drafting legal documents, such as employment contracts, settlement agreements, and policies.
  • Conducting legal research to support senior solicitors in complex cases.
  • Assisting in the preparation of cases for Employment Tribunal hearings.
  • Liaising with clients, counsel, and other third parties as required.
  • Keeping up to date with changes in employment law and regulations.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Qualified Solicitor with around 2 years experience in employment law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proactive, with a commitment to providing high-quality client service.
