I'm seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join this dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing a full range of conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and lease extensions. You'll need to be confident handling your own caseload and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines, and delivering a top-notch client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a full caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
  • Provide advice on lease extensions and variations.
  • Liaise closely with clients, agents, and lenders to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
  • Ensure all compliance and legal regulations are met.
  • Contribute to business development by nurturing existing client relationships and supporting new business efforts.
