- Manage a caseload of conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, and remortgages.
- Conduct legal research and provide expert advice on property-related issues.
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and transfer deeds.
- Collaborate with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
- Stay informed about changes in property law and regulations, ensuring compliance with local and national standards.
- Attend meetings and negotiations on behalf of clients as required.
- Qualified Conveyancing Solicitor/ Legal Executive (2 years PQE plus)
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial property law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and capable of managing a caseload independently.
- Membership in the Law Society of England and Wales.
