- Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including but not limited to divorce, child custody, adoption, and domestic violence cases.
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients, ensuring their rights and interests are always protected.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop effective case strategies.
- Draft legal documents, including petitions, motions, and agreements.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on case progress and address any concerns.
- Supervise and mentor junior solicitors and support staff as needed.
- Qualified solicitor with 5 years PQE in family law
- Proven track record of success in handling complex family law cases from inception to resolution.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and case law.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
