We have an excellent opening for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a leading local law firm in supporting their successful Private Client team based in Ashford. The company pride themselves on a low staff turnover, so this is a rare and exciting chance to join a thriving team!  You’d be working in a close-knit team, in a really lovely office environment. The team culture encourages high collaboration to help one another out.Key Responsibilities:Providing support to 1 Senior and 1 Junior Free Earner within the department, this is a busy team with a diverse caseload. You will support with:
  • Arranging appointments and diary management
  • Handling client enquiries
  • Document preparation
  • Audio dictation
  • Opening and closing of files, Case system management and archiving
Requirements:
  • Legal Secretary experience ideally within Private Client, however other areas of law will be considered
  • Proficient in audio dictation and document preparation
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an active team environment
