Full-Time - Monday to Friday

I am currently working with a prestigious Legal Practice based in North Kent who are seeking to recruit a Legal Secretary to support the Fee Earners in the provision of providing competent and efficient Legal Secretarial duties.

To be considered for the role you will need to support the Fee Earners in the production of files including the typing and maintenance of files with effective file management. Provide generic and efficient secretarial support whilst working with client files using Case Management/Ledger Systems to verify client identification in accordance with Laundering Policy Guidelines.

You will have a strong ability to communicate with both your peers and clients whilst managing case-loads by dealing with file related queries either face to face or over the phone.

Considered candidates will be self-motivated and organised whilst paying attention to detail at all times.

Computer literacy with good working knowledge of MS Word would be preferable along with strong communication and client care skills gained in a Legal office environment.

My client is seeking to complete interviews early in the New Year with a view to recruiting as soon as possible.
