With an excellent track record of staff retention, this is a superb chance to become part of a thriving and energetic workplace!You will be working alongside a close-knit, approachable team in a beautifully designed office space, where collaboration and support are at the heart of the company culture.Key Responsibilities:Assisting both a Senior and Junior Fee Earner in a fast-paced setting, your duties will include:
  • Scheduling appointments and managing diaries
  • Liaising with clients professionally
  • Drafting and preparing legal documents
  • Audio typing and transcription
  • Handling case files, from opening to closing, including archiving via the case management system
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably within Private Client, though expertise in other legal fields will also be taken into account
  • Proficiency in audio typing and document drafting
  • Strong organisational skills coupled with excellent communication abilities
  • Capability to work efficiently within a busy and team-focused environment
