Senior Architect

Location: Kent

Salary: 35-40,000

My client is seeking a proactive Senior Architect to join their welcoming team in Kent. This RIBA-chartered practice specialises in creating sustainable designs across residential, commercial, and education projects. With an exciting pipeline of projects ahead, they are eager to bring a talented Senior Architect on board.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience following their Part 3 qualification and a strong ambition to grow and develop their career. You should be forward-thinking, with exceptional technical and design abilities. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is advantageous.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:

  • ARB registration
  • Extensive experience within a UK-based architectural practice, post qualification
  • Collaborate with clients to produce designs that exceed expectations
  • Contribute to all RIBA project stages with guidance from senior team members
  • Strong knowledge of UK planning processes, building regulations, construction systems, and methods
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
  • Confident working independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated expertise in design and technical detailing
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is desirable
