We are recruiting for a Machine Assistant to join a leading manufacturing firm in Ashford. This role offers long-term stability with the potential for a permanent contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and moving materials to ensure a continuous production flow
- Ensuring machinery is stocked with the necessary supplies
- Supporting the production team with general machine operations
- Maintaining a safe and organised work environment
Person Specification:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, machine, or production line environment
- Computer literate
- Enthusiastic with a strong desire to learn and develop
- Adaptable to change, able to follow instructions, and use initiative when required
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills
