Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders with precision
- Build strong relationships with customers through email and phone communication
- Manage the smooth shipping of goods to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle incoming calls and emails efficiently, providing excellent service every time
Candidate Profile:
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional phone manner
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team
- Customer service experience
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
Desirable Experience:
- Previous experience with exporting goods
- Familiarity with Sage software
- Proven ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Working Hours:This is a full-time position (37 hours per week) with the following schedule:
- Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30
- Friday: 08:00 - 13:00
