Our client, a leading organisation in the industry, is seeking a Part time Accounts & HR/Compliance Administrator to join their dynamic team during a key member's maternity leave. Job title: Accounts & HR/Compliance Administrator

Location: Bethersden, near Ashford. Your own transport is required due to the location of our client.

Salary: £12 - £15 per hour

Hours: Part-time, 16-20 hours a week, our client is flexible with days and times worked.

Duration: 6 month FTC, covering maternity leave

Start date: December 2024

As the Accounts & HR/Compliance Administrator, you will have a wide range of responsibilities, including:

  • Overseeing accounts and bookkeeping tasks, such as purchase and sales ledger postings and credit card analysis.
  • Assisting with day-to-day HR activities to support the organisation's human resources function.
  • Managing licencing and elements of product compliance to ensure adherence to regulations and contracts.
  • Handling company compliance tasks, including the management of documents such as NDA's, MSA agreements, and contracts for products.
  • Supporting PA activities and providing administrative assistance to various departments.

But that's not all - you will also have the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects, such as the introduction of new company MRP software 'EFACS' in February 2025. Additionally, you will take on various ad hoc tasks as needed, including creating user guides, reviewing insurance quotes, letter writing, and form filling.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience in accounts, HR administration, compliance, and ideally exposure to ERP or MRP systems. You will need excellent time management skills and attention to detail to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
