Job Opportunity: Temporary Repairs Admin AssistantLocation: AshfordContract: 2-Month Temporary ContractHourly Rate: £14.44 (LTD Rate) We are seeking a skilled and proactive Repairs Admin Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis for 8 weeks, starting in January.As part of this role, you will work closely with the Resident Liaison Officer (RLO), with a particular focus on managing complaints. While the primary focus will be on housing repairs, other types of complaints may also require your attention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the complaints process by ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Adding data accurately and maintaining records.
  • Following instructions and guidance while being able to work independently.
  • Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders, both in writing and verbally.
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to input and manage data with accuracy.
  • A collaborative yet self-motivated approach to work.
