Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate the production staff to ensure smooth operations and high productivity levels.
  • Production Planning: Organise and adjust production schedules to meet deadlines and business demands, coordinating closely with sales, technical, and warehouse teams.
  • Project Management: Lead department projects focused on productivity, training, and personnel matters, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
