Do you have Engineering or Factory Management experience looking to work for a highly-successful and local company offering a clear progression plan and a days-based role?On offer is a great opportunity to take an autonomous lead, moulding and developing your own Engineering team whilst working withing a modern and close knit environment.This manufacturer have over 50 years experience as experts in the Industrial Machinery sector. They operate from a purpose built and well-equipped facility. This is a Monday - Friday days based role. You will be responsible for overseeing the production line, scheduling process improvements, and maintenance of technical machinery.This role would suit a Production Supervisor or Manager looking for a local, days based role offering continued development and a secure working environment.
The Role.
- Monday-Friday (8 - 4.30 / 1pm on Friday).
- Production Management.
- Running of line, process improvements, machine maintenance.
The Candidate.
- Engineering / Factory Manager, Supervisor, Team Leader.
- H&S, Continuous Improvement experience preferred.
- Commutable to Ashford.
