Production Analyst

Main Responsibilities

• Data Input: Manage the input of production runs and sales allocations from 3rd party providers into PR3.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile production figures and handle stock reconciliation within the PR3 system.
• Invoice Management: Check, process, and sign off invoices to ensure accuracy.
• Order Processing: Process and allocate sales orders efficiently.
• Production Planning: Assist in planning production runs to ensure optimal resource use and timely product delivery.
• Administrative Support: Assist in collating production and sales quantities/values and handle general administrative tasks.
• Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with both suppliers and customers.

Required

• Experience within the fresh produce sector and proficiency in Prophet PR3 are essential.
• A strong analytical or financial background would be highly beneficial in this role.
• Excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate initiative.
• Willingness to take on new responsibilities and grow with the business as it expands.
• Team player who is comfortable working in a collaborative environment.
• Able to meet deadlines and a logical problem solver.
• Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.)
