- Building campaign templates and automation workflow in the buyer's journey to suit each client's needs
- A/B Testing
- Find innovative ways to bring users into the email funnel and profile them to create increasingly targeted interactions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and legislative changes
- Monitor campaign performance and make recommendations based on user engagement
- Create innovative and interesting email marketing campaigns
- Develop campaign-specific automated journeys
The successful Email Marketing Executive will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Ideally, 1-2 years of experience in email marketing/marketing automation
- Experience with HubSpot/ActiveCampaign would be preferred
- Experience in conceiving, planning and implementing automated journeys
- Use of targeting content within emails to maximise relevancy and engagement
- Knowledge of progressive profiling and customer data curation in a compliant manner
- Awareness of industry best practices
- Confidently speak about marketing campaigns with internal and external stakeholders to assist in client projects
- Ability to produce in-depth analysis and reporting based on campaign performance
