Maintenance Operative

We are currently recruiting for a general maintenance role for one of our companies based in Wye, near Ashford, Kent.

This position will keep you busy as no day is the same.

Candidates who apply need to be aware that due to the nature of this business you will be working outside in all weather conditions and open to working over time on a Saturday. Training will be provided to right candidate.

The pay rate for this position is11.44per hour

The position will involve:

• Working Monday to Friday 45 hours per week
• Maintaining tractors and associated attachments / forklifts / buggies / sprayers

• Drainage / Irrigation

• Carpentry work

• Painting / Decorating

The ideal candidate:

• Be able to adapt well to the diversity of this role.
• Be able to work well on your own as well as part of an established team.
• Be able to work flexible hours according to clients requirements during peak periods.
• You must bephysicallyfit due to the nature of the job
• Have certificates relating to any Plant or Tools would be an advantage but not essential, full training will be given following successful completion of probation period.
