About the Role

We’re seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our Kent-based team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete daily service, repair, warranty, and inspection tasks to a high-quality standard.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through professional conduct and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Respond to routine technical inquiries about products and services.
  • Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously develop your knowledge of products and services.
  • Adhere to all legal and company standards, including Health & Safety practices.
What You’ll Need to Succeed

We’re looking for a skilled problem solver with a customer-centric approach. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must, along with a commitment to quality and adaptability. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated team players with:

  • Mechanical/Electrical Engineering qualifications.
  • Multi-skilled engineering experience with heavy plant equipment and hydraulic systems.
  • Ability to read and follow electrical wiring diagrams.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing CANBUS systems and electrical fault finding.
  • Strong IT, numeracy, and analytical skills.
