My client is seeking a Senior Finance Family Solicitor to join thier busy and successful firm. The ideal candidate will manage a caseload of private family law matters, including divorce, financial remedies, mediation and private law children cases.
You will:
- Perform case management handling a variety of family law cases focusing on divorce, civil partnership dissolution, and financial matters.
- Provide mediation services to resolve family disputes outside of court.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records.
- Offer high-quality legal advice and representation to clients with a focus on client care.
- Ensure exceptional standards of confidentiality.
- Manage client expectations and provide regular updates on case progress.
- Conduct mediation sessions for clients, focusing on resolving issues related to divorce, finances, and child arrangements.
- Prepare mediation agreements and ensure compliance with legal standards.
- Participate in business development activities to attract new clients.
- Network with other professionals and organisations to promote the firm's services.
- Contribute to marketing efforts, including writing blogs and attending events.
- Adhere to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with the firm's policies and procedures, including those related to risk management and quality control.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Post Qualified Solicitor experinece with a minimum of 5 years PQE in family law.
- Proven experience in handling private family law matters.
- Accreditation as a family mediator.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using legal case management software.
