Key Responsibilities as a Music Teacher:

Requirements for the Music Teacher Role:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualifications.
  • Specialise in Music, with experience teaching across Key Stages 3 to 5.
  • Demonstrate excellent classroom management and the ability to engage and motivate students.
  • Be passionate about music education and committed to nurturing students’ talents.
  • Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for a new one.
