Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify, engage, and secure new clients in the construction industry to grow our portfolio.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market challenges, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Collaborate with clients to define job requirements, source candidates, and manage the recruitment process through to successful placement.
