Are you an experienced HR & Office Manager looking for your next career move?

My client is a well-established B2B business who operate as the leading global work at height trade association. They are seeking a candidate with exceptional attention to detail who has experience within management and experience supporting with recruitment and implementing HR initiatives.

HR duties include:

  • Support with the 360-recruitment process, advertising live vacancies, putting together job specifications, screening candidates and interviewing.
  • Adhere to the employee standards within the Employee handbook.
  • Support in the drafting of company policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations cases.
  • Manage and oversee disciplinary actions, as well as the training and development of employees.
  • Communicate with internal and external parties.
  • Organising performance reviews.

Office Management duties include:

  • Preparing and reviewing invoices.
  • Scheduling meetings, appointments and internal company events.
  • Communicate with the senior leadership team as and when required.
  • Attending both internal and external meetings when necessary.
  • Booking travel arrangements.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for general employee queries.
  • Supporting with general office operations including ordering stationary, booking in office repairs and liaising with external parties e.g. cleaners.
  • General email and telephone correspondence and any ad hoc duties including letter writing.

To bag yourself an interview for this role you will have/be:

  • Qualified to CIPD Level 3 or above.
  • Solid HR generalist knowledge.
  • Experience in office management.
  • Experience working within a corporate organisation.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate with knowledge across all MS software.
  • Able to use own initiative and implement positive changes.
