They are seeking a skilled administrator to cover a 6-month maternity leave, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

About the Role:

In this role, you will provide crucial support across a range of administrative tasks, helping to maintain efficiency and organisation in the office. Key responsibilities include:

  • Bookkeeping Support: Assisting the Accounts Assistant with tasks like purchase and sales ledger postings, credit card analysis, and general financial record keeping.
  • Document Management: Reviewing, interpreting, and liaising on legal documents such as NDAs, agreements, and terms with clients and suppliers.
  • Software Support: Assisting various departments with data entry and supporting the rollout of a new company software system, scheduled to launch in early 2025.
  • General Administrative Duties: Handling ad hoc tasks such as creating user guides, sourcing insurance quotes, drafting letters, and completing forms.
