Office Manager  IMMEDIATE START  About The Team: TN Recruits Law would like to introduce you to a dynamic and friendly legal firm based in Ashford, committed to providing top-tier legal services with a strong emphasis on teamwork and professional development. They are a team that take great pride in their approachable working environment and boast a welcoming atmosphere for all new starters.  Role Overview: They are actively seeking an experienced and confident Office Manager with a background in legal compliance and SRA regulations to join their hardworking team. This is a senior role that involves managing compliance, supporting partners with policy and procedures, and ensuring smooth office operations.   • Oversee and manage office operations with a focus on legal compliance and SRA regulations.
  • Handle compliance management, ensuring all legal and regulatory standards are met.
  • Provide support to partners in the management of office policies and procedures.
  • Manage HR functions, including staff management and support.
  • Oversee IT management and ensure the smooth running of office technology.
  • Maintain a high level of organisation and be able to work effectively with partners and staff.
  • Exhibit strong leadership and confidence in handling various office tasks and staff interactions.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an office management role within a legal firm.
  • In-depth knowledge of SRA compliance and legal regulations.
  • Confident with a strong personality, capable of managing and guiding a team effectively.
  • Prior experience in compliance management and HR functions.
  • Ideal candidate will have IT management experience.
  • Must be well-organised and able to work closely with partners.
