Role Overview:The firm is on the lookout for a seasoned and self-assured Office Manager with expertise in legal compliance and a solid understanding of SRA guidelines to join their diligent team. This leadership position involves overseeing compliance, assisting partners with policy and procedure implementation, and ensuring the office runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate office functions with an emphasis on legal compliance and adherence to SRA guidelines.
  • Manage compliance processes, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are fulfilled.
  • Support partners in developing and enforcing office policies and procedures.
  • Oversee HR tasks, including staff management and support.
  • Manage IT systems and ensure the efficient operation of office technology.
  • Maintain excellent organizational skills and collaborate effectively with partners and staff.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and confidence in managing office duties and team interactions.
Key Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in an office management role within a legal setting.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SRA regulations and legal compliance.
  • Self-assured, with a strong personality, capable of effectively leading and guiding a team.
  • Previous experience in compliance oversight and HR responsibilities.
  • Ideally, experience in IT management.
  • Highly organized with the ability to work closely with partners.
