Are you an experienced Production Operative looking to take the next step in your career? We are hiring a Senior Production Operator to join our team in Charing, Kent on a double days shift. This role offers an excellent opportunity to take on supervisory responsibilities while maintaining a hands-on approach.

Key Responsibilities:

? Support the Team Leader / Shift Manager in running the production line efficiently
? Act as a Health & Safety and Good Manufacturing Practice Champion
? Operate and monitor SCADA systems and carry out porter duties on the packing lines
? Work collaboratively with engineering teams to minimise downtime and improve efficiency
? Train, coach, and monitor the performance of the production team
? Ensure optimal line efficiency while maintaining and improving quality standards
? Take responsibility for minding machines in the absence of the Team Leader

The Ideal Candidate:

Experience in a food manufacturing environment
Strong team player who works well across departments
Good understanding of machine operations and line equipment
Ability to increase operational performance and drive efficiency
